What we do
Bookkeeping, tax, and IRS work handled by the same person, so nothing gets lost between them.
Monthly bookkeeping for e-commerce sellers.
Every channel reconciled every month, inventory and cost of goods sold handled properly, so you finally know what you're actually earning.
Starts at $550 / month
What's included
- Channel-by-channel reconciliation: every settlement broken out into gross sales, fees, refunds, and reserves
- Inventory and cost of goods sold tracked properly, not backed into at year end
- Bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliation, every account, every month
- Monthly financials with a plain-language note on what changed
- Questions answered within one business day
Sales tax filing is priced separately. Software subscriptions are billed to you directly by the provider and are not marked up.
Behind on your books? Let's get you current.
Months or years of backlog, rebuilt properly and then kept that way. Say goodbye to the stress and mess.
Typically $2,000 – $6,000
No judgment. No lecture. Just a plan to get current.
However far behind you are, someone has been further.
There's no lecture coming, and nothing you tell us will surprise us. We rebuild the books from the ground up: transactions recategorized, every account matched against its real records, inventory and cost of goods sold corrected, opening balances fixed.
Cleanup is priced at half your monthly rate for each month of backlog, with a six-month minimum. Bundle it with twelve months of bookkeeping and the cleanup fee drops by 20%.
Returns prepared by someone who already knows your numbers.
Most preparers see a handful of online sellers a year. The mistakes show up in predictable places: inventory treated incorrectly, platform fees miscategorized, an S-corp election that should have been made two years ago.

Got a letter from the IRS? Here's what happens next.
Most IRS notices are about one specific, fixable issue. They're written in a tone that makes everything sound final, and it usually isn't.
The two things that make an IRS problem worse are ignoring it and panicking about it. There's a third option: send us the notice.
$500 case investigation · resolution from $1,800
Confidential. No pressure. You'll know exactly where you stand.
We start with the facts
A $500 case investigation: we pull your transcripts, find out exactly what's owed and what's unfiled, and give you a written assessment of your options. If you engage us for the resolution work, that $500 is credited in full.
Resolution engagements are flat-fee, most falling between $1,800 and $4,500.
Tell you what your outcome will be before we've seen your file. Anyone who promises to settle your debt for pennies on the dollar, before reviewing your finances, is selling you something.
Sales tax, sorted out.
Nexus just means a connection strong enough to obligate you to collect a state's sales tax. Since 2018, states can create that obligation based purely on how much you sell into them, with no office, no warehouse, and no physical presence required.
| Service | Fee |
|---|---|
| Nexus review, state by state, written findings | $950 |
| Registration, per state | $250 |
| Ongoing filing, per state per month | $75 |
Amazon and most other marketplaces already collect and remit on your behalf in many states. Knowing exactly where that applies usually shrinks the problem considerably.
Once the numbers are reliable, they can start being useful.
Entity structure, margin, cash flow, and planning your exit. The questions that get easier when you can see clearly.

Advisory only works on top of accurate books.
If your records aren't clean yet, that's the first job, not this one, and we'll tell you so rather than sell you a strategy session built on numbers nobody trusts.
When they are clean: what each channel and product really earns after every fee, where cash gets trapped in inventory, whether your entity still fits, and what a decision costs in tax before you make it.
